Meet the Team
Adrian Frost, Managing Director
Adrian is Managing Director at Cadnam Garage. Before purchasing the company in 2013, he spent many years in corporate finance, working within many different types of organisations including investment banking, IT Consultancy, Recruitment (both IT & Financial) and in the motor trade (Volkswagen Group franchise). With a change in lifestyle including relocation, his objective has been to enable a better work life balance, moving away from the corporate world into the SME sector. Experience has helped to create and grow a business that looks after the team as well as their customers. Adrian enjoys supporting the Cadnam Garage team, and always ensures Friday lunch is the highlight of the week ensuring the team sit down to lunch for “Fish & Chip Friday”. If you happen to be on site, you will be invited to join the team…(for fish and chips only…) A fun fact - Adrian used to work with Tim Vine and enjoy a ‘Brown Derby’ with him at the Croydon Wimpy!
Mike Palmer, Service Advisor
Mike has spent over 20 years in the motor trade working within large dealerships including Pat’s Garage (Lyndhurst) & Snows. He has worked across a number of brands including Vauxhall, Suzuki & Honda with varying roles in customer service and aftersales. As Service Advisor, Mike is a proven asset to the team, drawing from his vast experience. With plenty of enthusiasm, technical knowledge and understanding of requirements for both service customers and the workshop team. Outside of work, one of Mikes pursuits is snowboarding and further enjoys theme parks with his family.
Becky Dolton, Office Manager
Becky has worked for Cadnam Garage for over 8 years, in that time, Becky has completed a Business Administration Apprenticeship through the garage and AAT accounting qualifications, Levels 2 and 3. Finding her love for accounts, Becky spends most of her time keeping the garage moving behind the scenes. A big part of her day-to-day involves managing cash flow and payments in and out of the business. Becky enjoys balancing that with time on the front desk, where she can talk to customers and support the overall management of the office. Her enthusiasm for the company and fantastic people skills allows her to carry out her role competently and effectively. In her spare time, Becky enjoys spending time with her partner on the golf course and spending time with her family in the New Forest.
