A longstanding customer has won £200 in the Good Garage Scheme prize draw.
As part of our commitment to delivering the very best standards of technical and customer care to customers, we are proud to be members of the Good Garage Scheme.
The Good Garage Scheme is an independent organisation that facilitates the self-regulation of garages like ours. As members, we are required to demonstrate our compliance with a stringent code of conduct developed to give you, the customer, the peace of mind that choosing us is the right decision.
If you are a long-standing customer of ours, then you will already be familiar with the feedback card you receive every time we complete any work for you.
For those who aren’t familiar, or who have simply filed the card away and not taken much notice of it, this card is a postage-paid opportunity for you to give completely unbiased feedback about your experience of the service provided by the Cadnam Garage team. You can also submit your feedback online.
You’ve got to be in it to win it
Customer feedback is an important part of the Good Garage Scheme. We were delighted to recently be named one of the Top 5 Garages of the week as a result of fabulous customer feedback about Covid-19 safety measures implemented to keep customers and staff safe.
But it’s not all about us.
Your feedback also gives you the chance to win £200 just for submitting your review further to using our services.
Recently Mr Cobern, a long-standing customer, was the lucky winner of the £200 after taking the time to provide his feedback after we had completed some work for him. We did hope to do a grand presentation with a fun, super-sized cheque but due to matters outside of our control, including the pandemic restrictions, the cheque was just popped in the post instead.
In response to his win, Mr Cobern commented,
“I was delighted to receive a cheque for £200 as a prize from the ‘Good Garage Scheme’, entered into through Cadnam Garage. Many thanks to the garage for their help and support over quite a few years now. Something like this is so unexpected.”
Why feedback matters
As a business, what our customers think is of utmost importance. With the best will in the world, we can only ever make educated guesses at how we think we could improve our service and your customer experience.
That’s why feedback matters to us.
By understanding what you like, or don’t like, we can implement changes and improvements.
Going beyond that, when feedback is given via an independent organisation like the Good Garage Scheme, it gives you confidence that the reviews are genuine and reliable. As a business, we have no influence over what you tell the Good Garage Scheme other than by delivering the very best, honest service and experience we possibly can each time you bring your vehicles to us.
Don’t miss out on your chance to win
Now that you know a little more about the scheme, make sure you take a few moments to give your feedback next time you receive one of those green cards. Who knows, maybe you are a future winner of the £200 draw.
